yoga has helped my vascular claudication immensely. And by yoga i don't mean crazy yoga. Just simple stretches but doing them daily along with some simple inversions.

Yoga is great for the body! Even the heart. On a cellular level, the increased blood circulation during yoga decreases inflammation throughout the body including the heart. Lowering blood pressure, steadying the heart rate, improving respiratory function and lung capacity. All of those things, especially combined, help lead to an improved cardiovascular health. Start light as you said. Simply stretches daily make a huge difference in your life and your health. Love it!

I was recently diagnosed with PXE and started practice yoga because of it mind effects. However, I feel very good physically as well.
